What’s Covered
Our warranty covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship for the lifetime of the product, under normal use. If your item ever fails due to how it was made, we’ll make it right.
That means:

Cracks, breaks, or splits from manufacturing defects

Hardware failures (like rivets or fasteners)

Unintended structural damage under regular use
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover:

Normal wear and tear (like dull blades or faded finishes)

Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper cleaning
-
Commercial or industrial use
-
Lost or stolen items
How to Make a Claim
If you think your product is eligible for a warranty replacement, simply send us:

A photo of the issue

Your proof of purchase (order id, and the location of purchase)

A brief description of what happened
You can simply send us an email with the information above. We’ll review your claim and get back to you quickly, usually within 2 business days.
Our Promise to You
If your claim is approved, we’ll either:

Repair your item (when possible)

Replace it with the same or similar product
-
Or offer a store credit if your item is no longer available
