The banneton with nonstick liner is absolutely perfect for any dough, no need extra flour for that!, The cover is great, fits perfectly, protects the dough, is airy and looks so cute! Bench scraper is my favorite, its straight, great to hold in your hand, makes perfect tension, so easy tl work with. I love it! Silicon scraper is absolutely perfect for any bowl! such a great gadget in your kitchen, for any baking. Its perfect shape and can really scrape anything from any side, which helps a lot. Leaves clean bowl everytime! Silicon spurtle works wonderful with sourdough starter, perfect to mix it up and scrape the sides, so much easier to clean the jar! And the dough whisk is sturdy, handles very well even the stickiest heaviest dough! Its easy to clean and mix up so well!Sometimes I’m worried it will bend since the dough is so hard to mix but not even a little bit!! Definitely well made tools which are perfectly made for sourdough❤️
